Hostel Rules

1. Check-In/Check-Out: Adhere to specified check-in and check-out times.

2. Quiet Hours: Maintain silence during designated quiet hours to respect fellow residents.

3. Guest Policy: Male guests are not allowed inside the building, except for guardians visiting.

4. Identification: Valid government ID and coaching institute details must be provided at the time of enrollment.

5. Cleanliness: Keep your living area tidy and dispose of waste in designated bins.

6. Common Areas: Respect shared spaces; clean up after use.

7. Electricity Use: Power off electricity when not in the room to conserve energy.

8. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.

9. Maintenance Charges: Maintenance charges are non-refundable.

10. Safety: Lock doors when leaving; report any suspicious activities immediately.

11. Noise Levels: Keep noise to a minimum, especially during late hours.

12. True Information: Provide accurate information to the warden during check-in, check-out, or when going on vacation or home.

13. Rent Payment: Rent must be paid on time; a penalty of ₹1000 applies if delayed by more than 10 days.

14. Damage Policy: Intentional damage to property is an offense and must be paid for.

15. Respect Food: Do not spoil or waste food; respect shared meals.

16. Vacating Notice: Always inform 30 days in advance before vacating.
